Luxury Ibiza Corporate Celebration

The Brief

In Summer 2025, Hi Events delivered a luxury week-long corporate celebration and executive networking experience in Ibiza for the 40th birthday of the CEO of a multi-million-pound professional services firm. Designed as far more than a private celebration, the event brought together over 130 high-profile guests, including senior business leaders, entrepreneurs and internationally recognised figures from the music industry, within an environment intentionally curated to encourage meaningful relationship building, collaboration and long-term business connections.

Our Approach

The client wanted to create an unforgettable milestone celebration whilst also using the event as an opportunity to bring together influential individuals with shared interests, aligned values and significant business potential. Rather than planning a traditional large-scale party where guests could become disconnected from one another, the week was strategically designed around curated smaller-group experiences to encourage genuine interaction and deeper conversations. This approach allowed guests to experience the atmosphere and excitement of a major Ibiza celebration, whilst still benefiting from intimate and highly personalised experiences throughout the week.

Turning Concept Into Reality

Throughout the week, Hi Events delivered a collection of bespoke VIP experiences. An intimate private dinner was arranged at Nobu Ibiza Bay, with guests arriving via private yacht transfer. A fully curated luxury yacht day was delivered for 20 guests, featuring a private onboard chef, resident DJ, dedicated mixologist and luxury food and drinks service. Hi Events also secured an exclusive VIP area for 60 guests at Ushuaia Ibiza, and arranged private group dining experiences at some of Ibiza's most sought-after venues, including Amante Ibiza, each strategically designed around specific guest dynamics and networking opportunities.

Technical Production & Engagement

The week concluded with a fully bespoke private celebration at Blue Marlin Ibiza. Hi Events personally designed and styled the private event space to create an atmosphere that felt vibrant, elevated and deeply personal to the client. The celebration included bespoke event styling and balloon installations, luxury birthday cake coordination, personalised table styling and confetti, an interactive Polaroid guestbook experience, professional Ibiza-based photography, a curated luxury dining experience, enhanced security arrangements for VIP attendees, private side-entrance access, luxury party bus transfers and a Balthazar champagne presentation with live entertainment elements.

Experiential Entertainment

One of the standout features of the week was the personalised Polaroid guestbook experience at the main celebration, where guests captured photographs and left handwritten messages for the CEO, creating a lasting keepsake from the week. The curated luxury experiences throughout the week, from private yacht charters to VIP access at Ushuaia and exclusive dining at Nobu and Amante, were all designed to create connection, exclusivity and memorable shared moments that encouraged natural relationship building.

Seamless Logistics Delivery

Hi Events managed the complete guest journey from arrival to departure, including international flight coordination, luxury hotel bookings across some of Ibiza's most prestigious hotels including Six Senses Ibiza, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and ME Ibiza, chauffeur and VIP transport management, private airport assistance and discreet guest chaperoning, and multi-location logistics coordination. Due to the profile of several attendees, additional privacy measures, discreet arrivals and enhanced security arrangements were coordinated throughout. Bespoke favour bags were hand-delivered to each guest's hotel room with a personal note from the CEO, and dedicated WhatsApp groups were managed to streamline transport updates, itinerary changes and concierge requests throughout the event.

The Results

The Ibiza experience delivered far more than a luxury destination celebration. By carefully curating guest experiences, smaller-group interactions and high-touch hospitality throughout the week, the event created genuine opportunities for relationship building between influential individuals across business and entertainment industries. Several valuable business relationships, referrals and future collaborations emerged from the experience, with conversations and opportunities continuing long after the event itself had ended.
